Park Rules of Country Life Estates:

Please keep your RV site clean. Every RV spot is allowed to have 1 BBQ grill, table, chairs and 2 bicycles outside. We do not allow trash or other objects outside your your RV unless approved by management. RV tenants are responsible for winterization of their units including heat tape from the ground up and professional skirting. (No tarps or exposed foam allowed). We do not allow constant running water to prevent freezing of pipes . We are in a drought and constant running water will not be tolerated. A fee may be applied if caught and rental contract terminated. All tenants are required to give at least a 7 day notice prior to moving out. 

01 - RV Site Rentals

Our quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM Sunday through Saturday in order to be considerate of others. Loud music and modified vehicle exhausts are prohibited as well. Loud and overcrowded parties are not allowed. 

02 - Quiet Hours

The speed limit in the park is 5MPH. Please drive the posted speed limit as we have children that frequently play on the park grounds. Speeding will not be tolerated and if caught, you could be subject to a fine and/or police involvement.

03 - Speed Limit

Country Life Estates charges a $35.00/month pet fee. Please maintain control of your pet to ensure the safety of other residents and pets in the park. When outside your RV or walking through the park, all pets must be on a leash. Pets cannot be left unattended outside of your unit. We do not allow aggressive breeds in the park and you are solely responsible for your pet's behavior. Please pick up after your pet; If you do not clean up after your pet, a $25.00 fine will be applied to your monthly invoice along with a warning. 2 warnings may result in the termination of your stay in the RV living sites. Pets are not allowed in any of the RV facilities to include the bathrooms and laundry room.  Only 2 pets are allowed per RV site. 

04 - Pet Policy

The green  dumpster in the RV area is for RV site tenants only. All garbage must be bagged, tied closed and boxes must be broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside your RV including alcohol containers, cigarette butts or animal waste. Residents in manufactured homes each have their own assigned garbage can. The community park also has a trash can and all trash must be thrown away or you could be assessed a fine. We want to keep our park clean and nice for the public view as well as other residents. 

05 - Trash

RV sites are allowed 2 vehicles only. There is a $25.00 charge per additional vehicle. All motorized vehicles and RV's must have current registration and insurance. We do not allow personal repairs (oil changes, mechanical fixes, etc) in the RV sites. 

06 - Parking Policy

Park bathrooms and laundry are open 24/7 and are for RV tenant use only. Please pick up and clean after yourself. There is a 30-minute max per washer and dryer. Loitering in the facilities is prohibited. Do not leave trash, drink or smoke inside the facilities. Please clean lint traps after use of dryer and please do not leave clothing or detergent/dryer sheets behind as they will be thrown away when maintenance cleans. If the facilities are not clean and in working order when you use them, please contact site management immediately so we can remedy the situation asap. 

07 - RV Park Bathroom and Laundry Policy

Disorderly conduct including public intoxication, illegal drug use, obscene language, vulgar behavior towards other tenants or management will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Failing to follow these rules will result in immediate termination of rental contract and eviction. All park tenants are responsible for their guests actions and behaviors. 

08 - Personal Conduct Policy

The park, its owners and management are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents including fire, theft, wind damage, flood damage, vehicular accidents, negligence or natural disasters. The RV tenants are financially responsible for all guests and pets at their site, for all damages in or to the park and its facilities. No open firearms are to be used or displayed on the park grounds.
